This Privacy Policy explains how CIMLAS Bespoke Solutions LLC(“CyberTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates CyberTrack HQ at cybertrackhq.io(the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects your information. We are based in Homestead, Florida, United States. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you create an account we collect your email address and an authentication credential. If you use member features, we store the information you add — such as your saved garage / vehicle VINs, your watchlist, your general location preference (used only to show nearby inventory), and your notification preferences.

Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. We receive limited billing details (such as your subscription status and the last four digits / card brand) to manage your account.

Information collected automatically. To keep the Service secure and running well, we process limited technical data, including your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and basic, aggregate usage information. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (see Cookies, below).

How We Use Your Information

• To create and operate your account and provide the Service.
• To process your subscription and payments through Stripe.
• To send you alerts and notifications you opt into (such as recall or price-drop emails) and essential service messages.
• To secure the Service against fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats.
• To improve the Service and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you securely signed in and to operate core features — these are required for the Service to work. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:

• Supabase — account authentication and database storage of your member data.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe— subscription billing and payment processing, subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and alert emails.

Where Our Vehicle Data Comes From

CyberTrack aggregates publicly available information — Cybertruck inventory from Tesla’s public listings and recall data from NHTSA public records. This is not your personal information. CyberTrack HQ is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

Data Retention

We keep your account and member information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations — after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account and information at any time.

Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or close your account. To make a request, email support@cybertrackhq.io. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data you share with us.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be reflected on this page.
