Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CyberTrack HQ at cybertrackhq.io(the “Service”), operated by CIMLAS Bespoke Solutions LLC(“CyberTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers free features and a paid membership, CyberTrack Plus, currently $7.99 per month (USD), billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method the membership fee plus any applicable taxes for each monthly billing period until you cancel. Prices and plan features may change; we will give you advance notice of any price change, and changes take effect on your next billing period.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Your CyberTrack Plus membership automatically renews each month at the then-current price, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — with no cancellation fee — through the Manage Billing portal on your membership page, or by emailing support@cybertrackhq.io. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current paid month and then does not renew, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the month you have already paid for. That said, if something is wrong, email us — we may, at our discretion, grant a refund on request.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service’s data or content except as expressly permitted; reverse engineer the Service; share your account access with others; or use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party’s rights.

Vehicle Data Is Informational

CyberTrack aggregates publicly available information — including Cybertruck inventory from Tesla’s public listings, recall data from NHTSA public records, and calculator estimates. This information is provided for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed, and is not professional, financial, legal, or purchasing advice. Always confirm details directly with Tesla and official sources before making any purchase or other decision. We do not facilitate vehicle sales and are not a party to any transaction between you and Tesla.

Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by CIMLAS Bespoke Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any part of the Service without our prior written permission. CyberTrack HQ is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.“Tesla,” “Cybertruck,” and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used here only for identification and reference.

Third-Party Links

The Service links to third-party websites and services we do not control (such as tesla.com). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its data will be accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIMLAS Bespoke Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or from reliance on its data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIMLAS Bespoke Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the courts located in Florida.
